Where we deliver

We currently deliver to physical addresses anywhere in South Africa. We do not yet ship internationally.

Delivery cost

Shipping is FREE on all orders within South Africa. No promotion code is required. Any exceptions (for example remote-area surcharges) will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Our devices are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner to you, which is how we keep quality high and prices fair. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date of payment. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.

If we become aware of a delay beyond 4 weeks we will contact you. In that event you may choose to wait for the goods or cancel the order for a full refund.

Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after payment, and a second email with your courier name and tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page. We ship with The Courier Guy.

Receiving your delivery

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage with the courier. If the goods are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days (see our Refund & Returns Policy) and we will make it right at our cost.

Customs and import duties

Prices include all shipping, import duties and clearance costs. You will not be asked to pay anything further on delivery.
