Returns & Refund
We offer a 14-day return window from delivery, on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it at our cost.
Warranty: 3 years on panels, 1 year on wearables, mats and accessories.
